SocraClass Service Agreement
These Terms and Conditions shall take effect on April 1, 2026.
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions are for the purpose of stipulating the basic matters concerning the use of all services of socraClass (hereinafter referred to as "socraClass" or "Service") operated by We'all partners Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). The purpose of the terms and conditions, procedures, rights and obligations for the use of the service between the Company and its members (hereinafter referred to as "Members," "Customers," or "Users") are for the purpose of using the socraClass service.
Article 2 (Effects and Changes of Terms and Conditions of Use)
1) These terms and conditions apply to all users who use all services of socraClass and socraClass or who wish to use the above services as members, and users who subscribe to the individual websites of socraClass are considered members of all socraClass services as integrated members, and the terms and conditions of use of the socraClass service and the terms and conditions of use corresponding to each service take effect.
2) These terms and conditions shall take effect by notifying members of the socraClass and socraClass websites (socraclass.com) or by e-mail.
3) As long as it does not violate the relevant laws and regulations, the company may revise the terms and conditions without prior notice, and the revised terms and conditions will be enforced in the same way as in Article 2, Paragraph 2 and take effect.
4) When revising the terms and conditions, the date of application and the reason for the revision shall be specified and notified according to the date of application (7 days). However, if it is changed to something that may be disadvantageous to the member, the notice should be made with a certain period of grace (30 days). In this case, the company makes it easy for the member to know and clearly announce it.
5) This means that members who use the socraClass service agree to these terms and conditions, and at the same time, visit socraClass regularly to confirm the changes in the terms and conditions. The company is not responsible for any problems and damage to members caused by not being aware of information about the changed terms and conditions.
6) If a member continues to use the socraClass service after the effective date of the changed terms and conditions, he/she shall be deemed to have agreed to all changes to the changed terms and conditions.
7) Matters not prepared and specified in these terms and conditions and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Consumer Protection Guidelines and Related Acts in Electronic Commerce, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection Act, and the Youth Protection Act or commercial practice.
Article 3 (Definition of Terms)
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows.
- Company: A business operator operating 'socraClass'. 'socraClass Service' refers to a virtual business place where digital contents can be used by using information and communication facilities such as computers and mobile devices in order to provide services to users.
- User: It refers to an individual or organization that has signed a use contract with a company or been given a user ID to receive a service.
- Use contract: It refers to a contract concluded between the service and the user in connection with the use of the 'socraClass service'.
- User ID: A combination of letters and numbers that are determined by the user and approved by the website for user identification and service use using the 'socraClass service'.
- Password: This is the combination of letters and numbers that the user has set to ensure that the user matches the given ID and to protect the user's secret.
- Service: A tool for creating digital content and digital content provided by the company through socraClass.
- Content elements/design elements/resource elements/image elements: This refers to images or design content (hereinafter referred to as 'content elements' or 'design elements', 'resources' or 'content') provided by the Company through socraClass and related services. Includes writer's content and a number of socraClass content (character resources, images, icons, photos, figures, lines, infographics, text, charts, fonts, etc.) configured within socraClass and related services websites.
- Content / Webtoon Content / Digital Content: It means digital content in the form of images or designs provided by the company through socraClass and related services, which collectively refers to socraClass content, writer content, user content, etc.
- socraClass Content: refers to the image and digital content provided by the company through the socraClass service. Users can use socraClass content in many ways on socraClass's website.
- Edit tool / Editor / Edit window: Refers to software that can edit 'content elements' provided by socraClass (hereinafter 'edit tool', 'editor' or 'edit window'). Users can create freely through socraClass's 'editing tool'.
- User Content / User deliverables: Refers to digital content created as a result of 'content elements' and 'editing tools' provided by the user in socraClass.
- Template / socraClass Template: Pre-generated digital content deliverables provided by the company through socraClass services (produced for use with webtoon content, design images, infographics, SNS or presentation insertion content, card news, etc.) that are editable digital content (image) format consisting of multiple "character resources, images, photographs, icons, figures, lines, texts, charts, etc." (hereinafter referred to as "content elements").
- User template: It means a 'template' created and completed using a content element or socraClass template in the editing tool provided by the socraClass service. The user's 'content deliverables' may belong to the 'user template'.
- AI Services: Refers to all AI utilization services, including AI-based functions and authoring tools that we provide.
- User text / Input text: It means a word or sentence corresponding to a text written by the user in the editing tool when using socraClass and related services.
- Prompt / Prompt text: A prompt is a word or sentence entered to provide clearer results when using artificial intelligence services and functions.
- AI deliverables / AI contents: refers to AI functions and authoring tools in socraClass service, and the resulting image or contents generated based on the text and contents when the prompt is entered.
- Watermark: It refers to a mark in which the logo of a company or service is displayed on the background or part of the content to prevent the use of content or services provided by the company and to clearly specify the source of the content copyright holder.
Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement
Article 4 (Construction of a contract for use)
1) The use contract is established when the company approves the application for use of the service through the membership registration process by the applicant who wants to use the socraClass service ("a person recognized by the company as a teacher who is teaching with a large number of students").
2) Consent to these Terms and Conditions is deemed to be consenting to these Terms and Conditions by completing the membership registration at the time of application for service use. Subscribers who use the socraClass service agree to the terms and conditions of use of the service.
3) The company can request users to verify their real names and authenticate themselves as needed, and the procedures and methods are in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
Article 5 (Application for Service Use)
1) Users who wish to subscribe to the socraClass service as a member and use the service must fill out the basic information (required information) requested by the company. However, the information entered by the user is managed in accordance with the personal information protection policy.
2) All user information on the subscription form is considered to be real data. Users who do not enter their actual information cannot receive legal protection and may be restricted by the service.
3) All users must register and provide their own information to use the service. If you register and use other people's information other than your own, such as stealing other people's information or registering false information, you cannot claim any rights in relation to the use of the service and may be punished according to relevant laws and regulations.
4) Users who want to join as members can use the service through the identification method provided by the company.
5) The ID of the user who applied for use by stealing other people's information (e-mail, Kakao/SNS account ID, password, etc.) may be deleted.
6) If necessary, the company may take measures to verify the information registered by the user. Users must actively cooperate with the company's confirmation measures, and if they do not comply, the company may treat the information registered by the user as illegal.
7) The company divides users who use the service into paid members and free members. Paid members are divided into groups (educational, corporate, individual, service user individuals and organizations through smart character registration or production) depending on the target of use, and each group can be differentiated in the function of the service and the scope of application of the service.
8) In principle, the socraClass service uses one account per person, and one member account is not allowed to log in at the same time on individual service websites and related service sites.
Article 6 (Technical Requirements for Service Use)
While supplying the service, the company can use the service normally only when the following <required service usage specifications> are met. In addition, if the user raises an objection to the use of the service due to reasons that do not meet the specifications, the company is not responsible.

1) Computer (PC) environments
– Web browser: We recommend using a Chrome or Safari browser.
2) Mobile Environment
All services of socraClass are available through a web browser in a mobile environment.
Article 7 (Protection and Use of Personal Information)
1) The company is obligated to protect users' personal information as prescribed by relevant laws and regulations. Related laws and the company's personal information protection policy apply to the protection and use of personal information. However, the company's personal information protection policy does not apply to connected sites other than the company's services. In addition, users must thoroughly manage their IDs or passwords so that they are not exposed to others, and the company is not responsible for the information exposed due to reasons attributable to the user.
2) The Company may provide user's personal information to third parties within the scope permitted by law in the following cases.
- ① When a request for information is received from an investigative agency or other government agency
- ② Where it is necessary for information protection, such as confirmation of fraud, including violation of the user's statutes or terms and conditions
- ③ where required by other laws
3) If necessary, the Company may view and use the user ID (ID) of socraClass and the user's personal information in accordance with its internal policy regarding the user's personal information of the Company or other services operated by the Company, and the Company keeps its use and print records in a separate system for a period prescribed by law.
Article 8 (Restrictions on the Use of Services)
1) The company may restrict the use of the service or withdraw its acceptance of the service in the following cases.
- ① In the case of an application by stealing another person's e-mail, Kakao/SNS account ID, or another person's name, IPIN, or mobile phone authentication information
- ② In the case of applying by falsely filling out account information
- ③ Use of this service for illegal purposes
- ④ Where an application is filed for the purpose of violating statutes or hindering the conventional order or customs of society
- ⑤ Where this service is used for the purpose of violating the purpose of the Juvenile Protection Act
- ⑥ When using this Service for purposes that violate the current laws and regulations
- ⑦ When a user who is in a competitive relationship with this Service uses it for the purpose of undermining the interests of the Company
- ⑧ Where an application is filed in violation of all other matters prescribed in the case of failing to meet the requirements for the application for use of the site
2) The company may restrict the use of the user's service until the reason for the restriction of acceptance is resolved in any of the following cases during the use of the service.
- ① If the company does not have enough facilities
- ② In case of technical difficulties of the company
- ③ If additional sites or technologies are deemed necessary
- ④ If it is difficult to use due to reasons attributable to the company
However, for paid members, the provisions of Article 14 (Cancellation of Payment and Refund) are followed.
Chapter 3 Duty of the Parties to the Contract
Article 9 (Approval of User ID (ID) and Changes, etc.)
1) The company grants user IDs (IDs) to the member users (teachers) who use the service and to the student users registered separately at the request of the member users, as prescribed by the terms and conditions.
2) Users who are granted user ID (ID) have the right, obligation, and responsibility to use as members of socraClass.
3) User ID (ID) may be changed or suspended at the request of the user or the authority of the company in any of the following cases.
- ① Personal privacy infringement is a concern that the user ID (ID) can identify the individual
- ② In the case of causing disgust to others or contrary to the customs of beauty
- ③ If it is the same as the account ID (ID) of the company and its service or service operator, etc., or there is a concern about problems such as misunderstanding
- ④ If there are other reasonable reasons
4) The management of user ID (ID) and password rests with the teacher member user. The teacher member is responsible for damage to service use or illegal use by a third party caused by the teacher member or the student member registered by the teacher member neglects to manage it, and the company is not responsible for it.
6) Other matters concerning the management and change of users' personal information shall be subject to socraClass's privacy policy.
Article 10 (Obligation of Company)
1) The Company shall do its best to provide services continuously and stably, without prohibiting or contrary to the relevant laws and terms and conditions.
2) The company allows users to use the service at the time they wish to use it, except in special cases.
3) The company must disclose and comply with the privacy policy for the protection of users' personal information.
4) In principle, if a complaint or request for improvement from the user is objectively justified, the company shall promptly deal with it through internal procedures. However, if it is difficult to process immediately, the user shall be notified of the reason and the processing schedule by e-mail or other means.
Article 11 (Duties of Members)
1) Members (student members registered and recommended by teacher members) must prepare all matters based on facts when applying for membership or changing membership information. If you are found to have used false information or other people's information, you cannot claim any rights regarding the use of the service.
2) Members (student members registered and recommended by teacher members) must comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, all other regulations set by the Company, all matters announced by the Company and related laws and regulations. In addition, users must not interfere with the company's business, damage the reputation of the company or its services and contents, or do anything that harms others.
3) Users must comply with relevant laws and regulations such as the Youth Protection Act. Users will be punished under the relevant laws and regulations if they violate the relevant laws such as the Youth Protection Act.
4) The user must directly manage the ID and password assigned to the user. In the case of the user or student member, the responsibility for all problems arising from the user's negligence lies with the teacher member who registered and recommended it.
5) The user may not transfer or gift the right to use the service or other status in the use contract to another person unless the Company expressly agrees to do so, and may not provide it as collateral.
6) The user shall not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the company and third parties.
7) The user shall not engage in any of the following acts, and in such cases, the company may impose sanctions, including restrictions on the use of the user's services and due measures.
- ① The act of registering as false information when applying for membership registration or changing membership information
- ② The act of stealing someone's ID, password, etc
- ③ impersonation of the company's management, employees, or officials
- ④ Hacking the company's servers without permission from the company, arbitrarily changing the company's website or services, all or part of published information, or using the company's services in an abnormal manner
- ⑤ exploitation of bugs in the company's program
- ⑥ The act of acquiring the rights of paid members in an unusual way
- ⑦ Any act that harms the company's website or service or deliberately interferes with the service
- ⑧ conducting business activities using services without prior consent from the company
- ⑨ The act of producing, downloading, sharing, posting, and distributing adult content without the prior consent of the company
- ⑩ The act of transmitting, posting, and editing or producing, sharing or disseminating content that violates other people's patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights using socraClass
- ⑪ The act of transmitting, posting, and editing or producing low-speed, obscene information, sentences, figures, sounds, images, photos, etc. in violation of the Juvenile Protection Act or the Criminal Act, and sharing or disseminating them to others using socraClass
- ⑫ The act of transmitting, posting, editing or producing, sharing or disseminating offensive or personal information that may infringe on the honor or privacy (private life) of others using socraClass
- ⑬ Acts of harassing or threatening other users or causing pain or inconvenience to certain users
- ⑭ The act of collecting or storing other users' personal information without obtaining approval from the company
- ⑮ an act deemed to be linked to a crime or offense
- ⑯ Including these terms and conditions, other acts in violation of the notices and regulations announced by the company to socraClass, or other acts in violation of relevant laws and regulations, etc
Article 12 (Members' obligations to manage user IDs (IDs) and passwords)
1) All management and responsibility for your User ID (ID) and password rests with the Member.
2) The user must inform the socraClass website (student member is a teacher member) if his ID is used illegally or for other security violations.
3) The Member shall be responsible for any negligence in use caused by the User ID (ID) and password registered by the User or any illegal use by a third party.
Chapter 4 Provision and Use of Services
Article 13 (Pricing plan and services)
1) Paid (Pro) pricing plan (Subscription pricing plan and Services)
- ① You can use socraClass membership and service for free. However, some functions provided by the socraClass service may be limited when using a free pricing plan.
- ② The paid pricing plan of the socraClass service refers to the payment of a certain period of time by the member himself/herself considering the resources and services provided according to the purpose of use. This is a "subscription pricing plan" that freely uses the pricing plan's services paid during the service period.
- ③ For paid pricing plan, there may be differences in the contents and services provided depending on the purpose of use and the period of use of the paid service product. Matters concerning the use of the service for paid and free pricing plan are subject to socraClass's copyright (license) regulations and pricing policy.
- ④ If you want to convert a paid pricing plan member to a free member, you can apply to cancel the pricing plan you are using. You can use the paid service for the rest of your pricing plan.
- ⑤ If you 'downgrade' (free use) from the paid pricing plan you are using to the lower pricing plan, it will be applied the following month after the pricing plan is terminated, and users can use the changed pricing plan of service from the start date of their own service.
- ⑥ The company can change the price and policy of paid pricing plan and the services provided without prior notice. However, if a member has already paid upfront and is using a paid pricing plan's service, the changed price and policy will not apply during the applicable subscription period.
- ⑦ Payments for paid pricing plan can be made by selecting the payment method desired by the member among the payment methods set by the company.
- ⑧ You may not transfer, sell, transfer or rent paid pricing plan purchased by members to others.
- ⑨ In principle, the socraClass service uses one account per teacher, and duplicate login is not possible with one member account at the same time.
- ⑩ In the case of socraClass, free pricing plan cannot be used for commercial (commercial) purposes. It cannot be used in any case where income can be generated, such as uploading content and creating publications (binding, independent publishing, textbooks, etc.) created as free users of socraClass on other content platforms (content posting and sharing platforms such as YouTube). In addition, it is not possible to produce textbooks and prints for commercial purposes when using the free educational pro version (Pro) provided by socraClass. If you want a binding or book work for non-profit purposes, you can use it after approval by the company according to the contents, and the procedure is as follows.
- Please write the title (tentative), subject and content, and author of the textbook or print to be published and send it to the customer center email (support@socraclass.com), and we will let you know whether it will be approved or not.
- After approval of the customer center, you must attach the 'socraClass content file' to be published when the textbook or print is to be published to the customer center. If you change the image (file modification), you must resend the changed file and inform the customer center that you may be liable if any socraClass work that has not been sent (approved) is found.
2) A free pricing plan
- ① The free pricing plan period is set by the company's prior notice, and the content created during the free plan is not commercially available and legal liability may be held if the corresponding content is found.
- ② Members may disagree with the changes in policies regarding the matters defined by the Company through these terms and conditions and may terminate the contract for electronic financial transactions. In other cases, it shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed policy.
Article 14 (Cancellation and Refund of Payment)
1) In principle, paid (Pro) pricing plan purchased by members are not canceled due to the nature of digital content. Therefore, please make a careful judgment when paying. However, in the following cases, refund processing or free extension of the service period will be taken.
- ① Members may request a refund or request a free extension for the suspended period if they objectively believe the company is responsible for not using the paid service for more than 72 hours, such as a disruption or disability of the socraClass service within 14 days of payment for the paid pricing plan.
- ② For members who have not used the service at all within 14 days (including downloads and file storage) even though the paid (Pro) pricing plan has been paid, a refund request may be made after consultation with the customer center within the same period (14 days).
- ③ If you purchase a paid service such as a paid (Pro) pricing plan, but the service stop or failure time exceeds 48 hours due to server inspection, the usage time will be extended free of charge.
- ④ The company shall set legitimate principles for the protection of other consumers, but in the event of a conflict with the member due to the suspension or disability of the service, the company shall endeavor to resolve it through smooth consultation with the member. However, the service is excluded from the refund or extension of the service period in case of suspension or error due to the member's negligence or failure due to force majeure (genius disaster, etc.).
2) If a member applies for a refund through the customer center pursuant to paragraph 1) above, you can receive a refund through the in-house verification process. However, payment cancellation or refund by simply changing the user's mind is not possible.
4) If payment is made to a bank account after a refund process, the payer's name and the depositor's name must be the same.
5) Exceptional cases, such as when a member falls under any of the following subparagraphs, will be excluded from the cancellation or refund of the payment.
- ① If you purchase it for free through an event or a free coupon
- ② When purchasing by illegal or unfair means, such as theft of payment, etc
6) The refund procedure is as follows.
- ① Applications for cancellation and refund of payment under Article 14 of this Terms and Conditions (Cancellation and Refund of Payment) may be filed at the socraClass Customer Center.
- ② Members must request payment cancellation and refund through the socraClass customer center, and the company will process it through the confirmation process according to internal regulations and internal policies.
- ③ The refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date the company approves the member's expression of intention to refund, and if a refund is not possible, it will be notified. However, the payment method that requires confirmation of payment should be refunded within 7 business days from the date of confirmation of payment.
- ④ The company ensures that the refund process is not delayed. If the refund is delayed according to the procedure in paragraph 3, the member may request the company to pay the delayed compensation in total when the refund is paid in accordance with the "Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc."
- ⑤ If overcharge occurs due to the company's responsible reasons, the full amount of overcharge shall be refunded, and if overcharge occurs due to the member's reasons, it shall be handled by the method prescribed in Article 14 (Cancellation of Payment and Refund).
Article 15 (Service Use Time and Restrictions)
1) Service use is in principle operated 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special obstacles to the company's business or technology. However, the company may temporarily suspend the service on the date or time set by the company for system maintenance, expansion and replacement, and advance or post notice of temporary suspension of service due to scheduled work through socraClass website or other means.
2) The Company may suspend the Services temporarily or permanently without prior notice or notice in the following cases.
- ① Urgent system inspection, expansion, replacement, failure or malfunction
- ② Where there is a force majeure cause, such as a national emergency, a power outage, a natural disaster, etc
- ③ Where a key telecommunications service provider as prescribed in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications services
- ④ Where the normal use of services is hindered due to the congestion of service use, etc
3) In the event of a service interruption under the preceding paragraph, the site notifies its members by notifying them in advance and afterwards.
4) In addition to the provisions of Article 15 (2) above, the company may restrict or suspend the use of the service in accordance with the socraClass policy, related regulations, and the company's official decision. In principle, restrictions or suspensions of services by the company's decision shall be notified in advance, but inevitable cases may occur.
Article 16 (Copyrights and Services Management)
※ The copyright and service management applicable to socraClass are as follows.
1) Copyright relating to writer resources, all content, and to "content elements," "editing tools" and all services provided by socraClass belongs to the Company and its affiliated companies. Therefore, Members may not sell all individual "design elements" of socraClass or multiple "content elements" or any other content provided by socraClass that is not considered creative, and Members have the right to use. For copyright, the copyright policy (licensing regulations) disclosed in socraClass apply.
2) In the event of a problem, such as content such as images or photos uploaded by members to socraClass and 'user results' posted or downloaded after editing, etc., the company is not responsible for this, but the member who uploaded and used it.
3) If the "user deliverables" or "user templates" produced by socraClass are deemed to fall under any of the following subparagraphs, the Company may delete, move, refuse to register or post without prior notice.
- ① In the case of a content that seriously insults another member or a third party or damages the reputation of another person, such as slander, etc
- ② Where information, sentences, figures, etc. are posted or linked in violation of the Juvenile Protection Act
- ③ Where obscene content is in violation of the Juvenile Protection Act or links obscene sites
- ④ Where the content encourages illegal acts and crimes, such as illegal reproduction or hacking
- ⑤ Where the content is objectively recognized as being linked to a crime
- ⑥ Where the content infringes or damages other rights, such as copyrights of other users or third parties
- ⑦ Where it is deemed to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations
Article 17 (Providing Information)
1) The company may provide members with various information deemed necessary for the use of the service by means of a screen or e-mail within the service.
2) The company may request additional personal information with the consent of the members for the purpose of adding, improving, and introducing services to members.
Article 18 (Publishing advertisements and transactions with advertisers)
1) Users are deemed to agree to watch and publish advertisements that are exposed when using the socraClass integrated service.
2) The Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to Members as a result of communication or transaction by Members participating in promotional activities of advertisers published in or exposed through this Service.
Chapter 5 Changes and Terminations of Contract Matters
Article 19 (Change and Termination of Contract Matters)
A member can terminate the service use contract on the socraClass website, and if a member wants to terminate the use contract, the member himself/herself must access socraClass and proceed with the cancellation (membership withdrawal). After the member's contract is terminated, all records will be deleted, and since recovery is impossible, measures such as downloading must be taken in advance. Also, from that date, you cannot use the socraClass service as a withdrawal member.
1) When changing or terminating a service use contract, the member shall proceed after confirming the following matters.
- ① The method of terminating the socraClass membership (withdrawal of membership) is as follows.
- Go to the socraClass website (www.socraclass.com) and log in to the account you want to cancel.
- If you click the Leave Membership button at the bottom of My Account → Information Management, the membership will be terminated (withdrawal of membership). - ② The effect of termination takes effect seven days after the date of application for termination.
- ③ Upon completion of the termination, you can rejoin the same account. However, the user's saved files and results have been deleted, so it may not be possible in some cases when the member requests recovery. If you want to recover the content stored in the canceled account, you can inquire or request it through the customer center, but the availability of recovery may vary depending on the situation. The company does not prove or take responsibility for the work deleted after withdrawing from the membership that has been created by socraClass, and in principle, the user is responsible for all the contents of the user that have been lost after the termination.
- ④ In accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. and the Enforcement Decree of the Act, we keep it separately (switch to a dormant account) to protect the personal information of members who have not used the service for one year (long-term non-users). When the personal information of members who have not used the service for one year is separated and stored separately, the relevant information is notified to the members by e-mail, written, simulated transmission, telephone or other means before the effective date.
- ⑤ Immediate termination (immediately effective) occurs when an account needs to be changed due to significant and unavoidable reasons, such as the retirement of a company employee, or when a user's work needs to be transferred to a new account. In the case of a member who needs immediate termination, the company decides.
2) In principle, if the company intends to terminate the member's contract, it shall notify the user before or after, but there may be inevitable cases. A user terminated for any of the following reasons, etc. may be restricted from signing up for a period separately determined by the company in accordance with internal rules.
- ① Where a user violates the restriction on use or fails to resolve the reason for restriction within the restriction period
- ② In the case where the Information and Communication Ethics Committee requests the termination of the use
- ③ Where a user fails to comply with a statement of opinion without justifiable grounds
- ④ Where an application has been made in the name of another person or a contract for use has been concluded by attaching false information or false documents of the contents of the application
Article 20 (Dispute Resolution)
1) The Company convenes and operates a meeting to deal with damage compensation if necessary to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by members and to deal with compensation for damage in the event of damage that the Company may understand.
2) The company prioritizes complaints and opinions submitted by members and handles related matters through internal meetings. If it is difficult to process quickly, notify the user of the reason and progress.
3) If there is a user's request for damage relief in connection with an e-commerce dispute between the company and its members, it may be subject to the mediation of the dispute mediation agency commissioned by the Fair Trade Commission or the Mayor.
Article 21 (Compensation for damages)
1) The Company shall be liable for any damages incurred to its members in connection with the use of the services provided by the Company if there is any intention or negligence of the Company.
2) In some cases, the Company compensates for paid pricing plan in accordance with Article 14 (Cancellation of Payment and Refund) if service interruption caused by the Company's intention or negligence occurs continuously for more than 72 hours.
Article 22 (Matters of Immunity)
1) The Company is exempt from liability for any loss or property damage incurred if it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters, wars, or other equivalent force majeure.
2) The company will be exempted from liability in the event of damage caused by the term carrier suspending or failing to provide telecommunications services normally.
3) The company is exempt from liability for any loss or property damage caused by unavoidable reasons, such as repair, replacement, regular inspection, construction, etc. of service facilities.
4) The Company shall not be liable for any disability or damage to the use of the Service due to reasons attributable to the Member.
5) The company shall not be liable for any computer error of the user or for any damage caused by members incorrectly stating their personal information and e-mail addresses.
6) The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by the data obtained by the Member using the Service.
7) The Company shall not be responsible for compensation for mental and material damage caused by other Members using the Service.
8) The Company shall not be liable for any loss or property damage caused by errors, mistakes or inaccuracies with respect to various contents, posts, and registered materials registered within socraClass.
9) The Company shall be fully responsible for the infringement of the copyright of others by various contents, posts, registered materials, etc. produced or registered by the Member, and the Company shall not be liable.
10) The Company shall not be obliged to intervene in any dispute arising between the users and between the users and third parties through the services, nor shall it be liable to compensate for any damages therefrom.
11) The Company shall not be liable for damages in connection with the damage caused by reasons attributable to the individual service provider if the member has made an alliance agreement with an individual service provider and edited the contents containing the design elements of another company through socraClass. The individual service provider or its members are responsible.
12) SocraClass's website may cause hardware and software errors. The company will do its best to prevent the occurrence of errors, but the company is not responsible for damage caused by loss of work due to errors.
13) The company is not responsible for any damage caused by loss of user data, material or mental loss, or business interruption caused by the inability to use socraClass due to a service failure or communication failure of socraClass.
14) The company may change content, software, posts, and designs within the socraClass website without prior notice.
Article 23 (Judicial and Compliant Act)
1) When matters not specified in the terms and conditions are stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations, the applicable provisions of the relevant laws and regulations shall be followed.
2) Members of the Company's paid service purchase shall follow the terms and conditions or policies set separately by the Company.
3) The court having jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of the service shall be the court having jurisdiction over the location of the company.
4) The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to e-commerce litigation filed between the company and the user.
Terms and Conditions of Use of SocraClass AI Service
These terms and conditions are provided by socraClass within all services of socraClass and will be applied in addition to the socraClass 'Terms and Conditions of Service' in the use of 'AI Utilization Function' or 'AI Authoring Tool' (hereinafter referred to as 'AI Service') corresponding to AI. We inform you that these terms and conditions may be updated by us from time to time.
Article 1: Purpose
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all of socraClass's AI services, including socraClass 'AI Functions'. We have established these Terms and Conditions to create an environment where socraClass users can create and utilize their content using AI in a safe and ethical manner.
1.2 socraClass's AI service is available in various industries and can be used in many ways for creators to create and edit digital content. However, while these AI technologies have the positive side, they also reveal that they must be used in compliance with legal and ethical restrictions, as there is a possibility that they could be misused.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions relate to regulations that socraClass users must be familiar with and agree to prior to using socraClass's AI services. Users are deemed to agree to these Terms and Conditions and comply with the limitations and obligations of these Terms and Conditions when using socraClass AI services.
Article 2: Restrictions on the use of AI services
When using the socraClass AI service, the following acts are prohibited, and you must comply with them. We do not permit the use of AI services that violate these terms and conditions or the socraClass Restriction Policy, and may pause or immediately terminate your account if you are found using them in the following manner.
2.1 Misleading content generated by AI services as man-made
2.2 Acts that violate or infringe on personal information, portrait rights, publicity rights, etc., including various laws such as copyright law and trademark law, in the process of utilizing the results derived using AI services
- When used to create spam, ransomware, keyloggers, viruses, or other software
- Use to generate source code
- the act of implementing fully automated decision-making
- When it is used for the purpose of granting a contract or legally binding obligation
- the act of generating or disseminating information to be used for judicial administration or other legal purposes
- Where any form of content is used for the purpose of producing images, videos, documents, etc. that are likely to cause an individual to commit a criminal act
- Acts used for the purpose of exploiting minors, etc
- Intentionally using it for the purpose of defaming, insulting, or slandering others
- The act of using it as a method of producing content containing false information for the purpose of infringing on the rights of others
2.3 When using to create obscene or sensational content without permission from socraClass — Generating nude or shocking content including obscene gestures, any sexual content, or other profane subject matter generated without permission from socraClass
2.4 If the socraClass service and the company's reputation and credibility are undermined — The act of creating content that contains false information to the socraClass service and company, which can destroy the trust relationship between socraClass, the company, and the user when sharing the content / Where socraClass services and contents that can degrade or undermine the reputation, credit, or corporate value of an enterprise are produced
2.5 When used for the purpose of developing machine learning models or related technologies
Article 3: Responsibilities and obligations of users
3.1 The user is responsible for user-generated deliverables ("output"), such as text (including prompt text), uploaded images, or other content (the "input") entered into the socraClass AI service.
3.2 Users must ensure that their inputs or outputs comply with these Terms and Conditions and our Restriction of Use policy before using or sharing them. For example, users may not use sensitive personal data (such as health data or sex life data) or inappropriate sensational data (such as indiscriminate sexual content used without the consent of socraClass) when using the socraClass AI service. 3.3 Users can own inputs, outputs, and deliverables to the extent that they comply with the relevant laws and regulations of socraClass, and they are entitled to host and use their inputs, outputs, and deliverables on the socraClass platform to improve and market services and content.
3.4 When using socraClass's AI services and AI-based content, the content audience and sharers should be informed that the content is AI-generated.
3.5 Users may use the socraClass AI service if they comply with these Terms and Conditions and agree that all risks and potential problems resulting from the use of such AI are your responsibility.
3.6 If the text or upload image entered by you or the resulting product is illegal or in violation of these Terms and Conditions, the Company may disclose such information to law enforcement or other government agencies and may be used for any legal purpose.
Article 4: Content sharing and posting regulations
4.1 When users post or share text and results entered into the socraClass AI service on external platforms such as social media, they must comply with the following.
- Before publishing or sharing the content on the socraClass platform and outside, the AI deliverables should be reviewed to ensure that they do not violate these terms and conditions.
- AI deliverables generated by AI services should not be presented as if they were created entirely independently by users themselves.
- Content containing AI results should be marked with the source by the name of the user or the name of the company, such as the corporation to which the user belongs, and it should be clearly marked so that users who view shared content or posts can accurately recognize that the content is an AI-generated result.
- Make sure that posts or content containing AI deliverables do not contain content that may violate these Terms and Conditions or offend others.
4.2 SocraClass has the right to review, modify, and delete content posted by you, if necessary. SocraClass may delete content that violates relevant laws, regulations, and policies, restriction policies, and socraClass regulations, or make modifications to your posts.
Article 5: Disclaimer
The outcomes of AI services are generated by artificial intelligence, and socraClass does not guarantee the accuracy and reliability of these AI outcomes.
5.1 It should be recognized and used by the user that socraClass does not express any public view of the user's AI results.
5.2 socraClass has no warranty or any liability in respect of the following.
- Accuracy, completeness, and reliability of AI results
- Disputes or damages arising from AI results
- omissions or errors included in AI results, etc
5.3 The user is fully responsible for any claim of infringement by a third party as a result of AI results created using AI services. If we or socraClass are involved in issues arising from AI results, this is clearly the user's responsibility, and the user must take responsibility and perform his or her own costs and due process to indemnify us.
5.4 In order to create more reliable content using AI, users should carefully review the terms and conditions rather than relying on the accuracy of AI results.
Article 6: Technical Partners
6.1 We may use technology models provided by third-party service providers to provide AI utilization capabilities, AI-based authoring tools, etc. corresponding to socraClass's AI services.
6.2 Text data entered by the user (including personal data) may be shared with third-party service providers such as OpenAI, LLC, which may utilize text data entered by the user to improve their services. You agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that our Privacy Policy applies to the processing of such personal data.
6.3 I agree that the data entered by the user for the use of the socraClass AI service (including personal data) may be transferred to the Stability AI and that the level of protection of the personal data may not be the same depending on the country in which the user resides.

These Terms and Conditions shall take effect on April 1, 2026.
